How do I cancel an External Transfer that was set up previously?
Follow the steps below to cancel a previously scheduled or recurring external transfer:
Log in to Online Banking
Click on Transfer
Select Launch External Transfer
Navigate to the Activity tab
Click on the drop down arrow to the left of the recurring transfer you would like to cancel to expand the details
Select Cancel at the bottom of the transfer details section
Select Cancel this Transfer to cancel only the next transfer or Cancel All Remaining Transfers to cancel all further occurrences of the recurring transfer
Confirm the cancellation by clicking Yes, Cancel
Click Done. The recurring transfer has now been canceled
