For first time users, login to the browser version of online banking. You must do this before being able to use External Transfer in your mobile app. To do this:
- Visit the Hingham Savings Website and select "Login/Enroll" and select "Personal Banking."
- Login to your Personal Banking.
- Select "Transfer" from the landing page.
- On the next page select "Launch External Transfer."
Once you have launched External Transfer in the browser version of online banking, you will now be able to send and receive money between your Hingham Savings accounts and your accounts at other financial institutions using the browser or mobile app.
Please note that if you are a new customer to the bank, you must wait 30 days after your account open date to utilize external transfers.
