How to Access My Cards
Log In: Open the Personal Mobile Banking App on your device and sign in.
Access Cards: Tap the Cards icon in the bottom navigation menu.
Select Your Card: Swipe through your listed cards to find the one you wish to manage.
Please Note: Some features within the My Cards platform may ask you to verify your identity. When prompted, enter the Security Token sent to your device and select Next.
My Cards
Card Activation: Activate your debit card and set your PIN.
Instant Card On/Off: Toggle your card "Off" to instantly block all transactions if it is misplaced or stolen. Toggle it back "On" once the card is secured.
Digital Wallet Integration: Set your Hingham Savings card as your primary payment method for Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay directly through the app.
Card Details
View Digital Card: View your card details to make online purchases, store the card with a merchant, or pay for subscriptions.
Spend Insights: View card spending by category, timeframe, or location.
Card On File: Track merchants where your card is saved for payments and purchases as well as recurring payments.

Receive notifications and set controls on where, when, and how your card is used.
Set Customized Card Controls:
By Location: Restrict card use to selected regions or by device location.
By Merchant Type: Block or allow certain merchant type categories like "Gas Station," "Travel," or "Entertainment."
By Transaction Type: Block or allow select transaction type categories like "In-Store," "Online," or "Autopay/Recurring."
By Spend Limits: Set maximum purchase limits (Note: These cannot exceed your standard Daily Debit Card Limits).
Set Real-Time Alerts
Alert for All Card Activities: Receive a notification for every card activity.
Alert for Selected Card Activities: Customize alerts based on transaction type, location, or merchant.
No Transaction Alerts: Disable all card alerts
Note: Upon enabling alerts you may see a $0.00 notification from "Token Provision." This is a standard security check for mobile wallets and is not fraudulent.
Set Customized Card Alerts:
By Location: Receive alerts based on selected regions or by device location. If you choose to set alerts based on location, you must enable "Location Services" in your device settings. Follow the on-screen prompts to grant the app permission.
By Merchant Type: Receive alerts for selected merchant type categories like "Gas Station," "Travel," or "Entertainment."
By Transaction Type: Receive alerts for selected transaction type categories like "In-Store," "Online," or "Autopay/Recurring."
By Spend Limits: Receive alerts when a transaction exceeds a specified threshold.
