If you have previously Enrolled in Paperless Statements but would like to receive paper statements again, you can change your delivery options in Online Banking from your Computer / Internet Browser. (This feature is not available in the mobile banking app.)
Note: Our self-service portal requires at least one active account to remain enrolled in eStatements. If you would like to switch ALL your accounts back to paper statements, please contact our Customer Experience Team at 781-749-2200.
Change Delivery Options
Log into Personal Online or Business Online from your computer or internet browser
Click on any account that currently receives paperless statements
Click Documents to access the eStatements portal
Inside the eStatements portal, select Account Access from the top menu, then click Edit User Settings from the dropdown menu
Note: If you are on a mobile browser, please click on the menu button
in the upper right hand corner to find Account AccessSelect the account(s) you wish to change to paper delivery and then click Change Delivery Options
