Before you can view your statements online, make sure you have Enrolled in Paperless Statements. Once you are enrolled, you can access your statements from your computer or browser following these steps:
Log into your web banking account on a computer or browser.
(Note: Statement PDFs cannot be accessed in the Personal or Business banking apps.)
Select the account for which you would like to view the statement
Click on the Documents link (found above Account information)
This brings up your Statement Menu. From the Statement Menu,
Select View Statement to view your current statement.
Select View History to view previous statements within the past 7 years.
Select View Associated Notices to view any account notices such a Certificate of Deposit Maturity Notice of an Overdraft Notice
If you don't see a statement for your other accounts, click on Account Access and select Edit User Settings. Change the option for any accounts to e-Statements and click Change Delivery Options.
