How to set up Account Alerts through your online banking profile

Account Alerts allow you to know the moment something important happens in your account. You can choose how you'd like to receive your alert messages -- via email, text, Personal or Business Online banking inbox, or by push notifications on your smartphone for our Personal Mobile Banking app users.

Choose from dozens of account activity alerts, security alerts, and more! Also choose "Do Not Disturb" hours if you'd like to limit alerts so they are not delivered overnight.

Follow the steps below to enroll today!

Activate your Email

  1. Log in to your Online Banking profile (Personal or Business)

  2. Click Enroll in the Alerts section on the Home Screen

3. Select your Time Zone

4. Activate your email address on file with alerts, or Add an Email address to receive alerts

  • To activate the email address on file, click Send Activation Code

  • To add a new email, click Add Email

5. Enter the activation code that was sent to your email and click Activate.

6. Activated status means the email address is confirmed and ready for alert delivery.

Set up Do Not Disturb times for Email Alerts

This will prevent email alerts from being sent in the middle of the night as items are being processed.

Note: Do Not Disturb settings must be established for each delivery method separately.

  1. Under Do Not Disturb, Click Set Up

2. Select the Start Time and End Time then click Save (during this time alerts will not be delivered to you).

Activate your Mobile Device

  1. Under Text Message, Click Add Mobile

2. Enter your Mobile Number and click Save

3. Click Send Activation Code

4. Enter the SMS Activation Code that was sent via Text and click Activate

Set up Do Not Disturb times for Text Alerts

This will prevent text alerts from being sent in the middle of the night as items are processed.

Note: Do Not Disturb settings must be established for each delivery method separately.

  1. Under Do Not Disturb, Click Set Up

2. Select the Start Time and End Time then click Save (during this time alerts will not be delivered to you)

3. Click Next to select alerts

Enrolling in Alerts

1.Expand alert categories by clicking the + on the right-hand side of the Alert

2. Select the alert(s) you wish to enroll in

3. Select the delivery method(s) for the alert(s) and click Save

Note: Delivery methods must be established for each alert and can vary based on alert type.

4. Confirmation of enrollment will be displayed, click Close

Repeat the above steps for each alert you wish to enroll in.

Personal Online customers also have the option to register for notifications via Mobile Banking (push notifications). It is important to note that push notifications are only available to our Personal Online customers.

Business Online customers will need to enroll in alerts on a Computer or Internet Browser.
