Our business customers can send wires directly from our business mobile app.
Prior to sending wires from our business mobile app, you need to create a Wire Transfer Template in a browser or on a desktop. Once the template is created, you can initiate the transfer directly from our business app. Please follow these steps:
Select Transfer
Select Wire Transfer
Select the template, amount and date. The date defaults to the earliest business day.
Then select Transfer and then Confirm.
You will then be prompted to verify the transfer with your soft token in the DIGIPass App.
Select One-Time Password in the DIGIPass app.
Copy and paste the one-time password into our app and select confirm.
