When you Enroll in Personal Online Banking you create a login ID and a password. You can change your login ID or your password whenever you would like.
Update Login ID
Log into Personal Online, click Settings, and then Update Login ID
On the Update Login ID page, type a new Login ID and click Save new Login ID
Note: Your Login ID must be between 6 and 18 characters.
Update Password
Log into Personal Online, click Settings, and then Update Password
On the Update Password page, type your Current Password, your desired New Password, and then Confirm New Password before clicking Update Password
Password Requirements:
Must be between 9 and 25 characters
Must contain at least 1 number
Password must contain a minimum of 1 lower case characters
Password must contain a minimum of 1 upper case characters
Password must contain a minimum of 1 special characters
Password may not be the same as last 14 passwords
May not be the same as current password
