If you are on Dual Control for ACH or Wires or Internal Transfers, after a transfer has been entered the other users would receive an email that the given transfer is pending Client Approval.
To approve another person's transfer, you would simply need to follow these steps:
Login to your Business Online Banking.
Then on the left side of the screen, below your accounts, you would see a "Payments & Transfers" section:
When there, you can select the given description highlighted in maroon to see the transfer details if needed. Then to decision the transfer you would select the check box and then "Approve".
You then may be required to complete the Digital Signature approval process via the DIGIPass for Business Banking App.
