Setup Steps for Users
To complete the enrollment of the soft token, users should follow these steps:
Download and Install: Install the Symantec VIP Access app on your mobile device or desktop.
Locate Credential ID: Open the app to find your unique Credential ID.
If there are multiple users, please fill out the Online User Soft Token Information Instructions form and have it ready for your onboarding call.
