Viewing Transactions History in Personal Online

How to review your account activity in online banking

Managing your account and reviewing your activity is a critical aspect of banking that helps you track your income and spending. You can do this without waiting for a monthly statement by Enrolling in Personal Online Banking.

Once enrolled, you can view your account activity in Personal online from your Computer / Internet Browser or the Mobile Banking App.

Computer / Internet Browser

Transactions

  1. Log into Personal Online on your computer or internet browser

  2. Click on the account you would like to review

  3. Scroll down to review recent account activity

  4. Click the More transactions button to view more account activity

Search Transactions

  1. Log into Personal Online on your computer or internet browser

  2. Click on the account you would like to review

  3. On the right-hand side of this Transactions page, use the Search transactions tool to locate specific transactions

    1. Amount: Type a specific dollar amount or a range of dollar amounts (Examples: $40 or $10-$250)

    2. Check Number: For checking accounts only, type a specific check number or a range of check numbers (Examples: 101 or 101-120)

    3. Date: Type a specific date or click the Switch to range button to type a range of dates (Enter the date as MM/DD/YYY - Example: 07/04/2025.)

Mobile Banking App

Transactions

  1. Log into HIFS Mobile on your phone or tablet

  2. Tap the account you would like to review

  3. Scroll down to review recent account activity

Search Transactions

  1. Log into HIFS Mobile on your phone or tablet

  2. Tap the account you would like to review

  3. At the top-right corner of the page, tap the Magnifying Glass (search tool icon) button to search for specific transactions

    1. Amount: Type a specific dollar amount (Example: $40)

    2. Check Number: For checking accounts only, type a specific check number

    3. Date: Type a specific date (Enter the date as "3-Letter-Abbreviation DD, YYY - Example: JUL 04, 2025)

    4. Keyword: Type a word that appears in the transaction description such as a payee name or a type of transaction like Wire or Transfer
