Activating Soft Tokens for Business Online on a new device

If you need to activate your Soft Token on a new device, you can do so by following these step:

  • Download the DIGIPass for Business Banking app on your new device:

  • Login to your Hingham Savings online banking on a computer.

  • Select "Profile" in the top right corner.

  • In the token sections, select "View"

  • Select "Add Device" Importantly: Do not remove the existing token before activating your new one.

  • From there you should follow the normal activation path as seen in this video:

  • After activating your new token, you can remove the old one.

  • You will need to log out and log back in to begin using your token.
