Activating Soft Tokens for Business Online on a new device

If you have previously used a soft token and have acquired a new phone, please follow the instructions below to activate your soft token on the new device.

Soft tokens are device-specific. When you install and open the DIGIPass App on your new device, you will be prompted to "Begin Activation."

Please call the Cash Management Team at (781)783-1701 to assist with activating the token on your new device.
