Activating Soft Tokens for Business Online on a new device

If you have previously used a soft token and have acquired a new phone, please follow the instructions below to activate your soft token on the new device.

Soft tokens are device-specific. Install the DIGIPass for Business Banking app on your new device. When you open the app, you will be prompted to Begin Activation.

Please call the Cash Management Team at (781) 783-1701 to activate the token on your new device.
