If you need to activate your Soft Token on a new device, you can do so by following these step:
Download the DIGIPass for Business Banking app on your new device:
Login to your Hingham Savings online banking on a computer.
Select "Profile" in the top right corner.
In the token sections, select "View"
Select "Add Device" Importantly: Do not remove the existing token before activating your new one.
From there you should follow the normal activation path as seen in this video:
After activating your new token, you can remove the old one.
You will need to log out and log back in to begin using your token.
