Viewing IntraFi Balances and Monthly Statements

How to read consolidated statements and track funds distributed across participating institutions.

First Time Logging In

To access your portal for the first time, you must verify your identity and establish your credentials:

  1. ICS Transaction Account Number: Enter your 10-digit account number (include all leading zeros).

  2. Business Tax ID (TIN/EIN): Enter the last four digits of the tax identification number associated with the business or organization that owns the ICS Account.

  3. Email Address: Enter the authorized email address provided at account opening.

  4. Click Create Login Credentials.

  5. You will be prompted to create a secure username and password to use for all future logins.

The online Depositor Control Panel provides 24/7 access to your ICS account.

  • View all accounts from the Depositor Control Panel home page.

  • Grant account access to multiple individuals

  • Check ICS balances

  • View transaction history

  • Review and manage proposed placements

  • Access monthly statements

To access your ICS statement log into the IntraFi Depositor Control Panel.
