  • Advanced fraud monitoring services of all debit card activity 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

  • Predictive automation looking for any indication of possible fraud.

  • Real time alert notifications to warn of potential fraud sent via text message, automated phone call or email.

    • Call or Text Notifications begin at 8:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) and cease at 9:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).

  • If you have identified an unauthorized transaction(s) on your account, you can contact us at 781-749-2200.

  • Our Debit Card Dispute Form is available for reporting debit card fraud by accessing the form below.

Have the Hingham Savings Mobile Card App available to quickly shut off your card if the need arises. The My Cards app provides an additional layer of security around your Hingham Savings debit card by allowing you to manage your card settings.
