If you see a transaction on your account that you do not recognize, call us immediately at 781-749-2200 or use the Debit Card Dispute Form below to report the unauthorized transaction(s).
If you have unauthorized or fraudulent transactions on your account, your debit card will need to be replaced. We can assist you with closing your current debit card and ordering a new debit card as part of the dispute process.
Tips to Prevent Fraudulent Activity on your Account
Never save your debit card information online
Never share your debit card number, PIN, or the security code from the back of your card with anyone
Never click on links from unexpected emails or text messages
Only make transactions on secure websites and when your internet connection is secure
