How do I report my debit card is lost or stolen?

If you have lost your debit card or your debit card is damaged, please let us know by completing our Debit Card Order Form below.

If your card is lost, we will cancel the existing card and order a new card. The new card will be issued with a new card number. If you have set up any automatic or recurring payments using your card that was misplaced, you will want to contact the merchant and provide your new debit card number to avoid missed payments.

If you have possession of your card but your card is damaged, we will reissue the card using the same card number you have now.

To report your debit card as lost using our automated line which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, please call 855-456-0019.

All card orders are mailed to the address on file within 7-10 business days. We can also expedite delivery for emergencies.
