You can change your email on file without placing a call or visiting a branch. To do so, simply log into the online banking system from your computer or internet browser. (This feature is not available within the mobile banking app.)
Personal Online
Log into Personal Online
Click the Profile link at the top of the page
In the Profile section, click the Edit button next to Email to type in your new email address
Note: Within the next 1-3 business days, you will receive confirmation emails regarding this change

Business Online
Log into Business Online
Click the Change Request Form link under Quick Launch on the right hand side of the page
Fill in the form with all required information, selecting Update contact information under How can we help you
