To ensure the efficient and secure processing of subpoenas, summons to trustees, and formal legal notices, Hingham Institution for Savings has established specific protocols for the service of process.

Please utilize one of the following methods to serve documents:

Documents sent via mail should be directed to our corporate office.

This form is provided as a courtesy and service should be made by certified mail or in-person as well. This form does not supersede contractual service provisions in any contracts to which Hingham Institution for Savings is a party.
