We understand your banking needs may have changed due to the impact of COVID-19 and we are here to support you. We have made the following adjustments to our service offerings to help our customers during this crisis.

For Our Personal Customers

For Our Business Customers

  • Increased daily debit card spending and ATM withdrawal limits.
  • Increased daily mobile deposit limit to $50,000. Please note that all customers with pre-existing custom limits will remain the same.
  • Extended our mobile deposit cut-off time to 5pm.
  • Enabled email alerts for mobile and remote deposit capture transactions.
  • Waived all incoming wire fees.
  • Extended our Business Online Wire Transfer and ACH processing times to 5pm

In addition to our customers, we are also taking the following protective measures for our staff to ensure they remain safe and healthy during these uncertain times.

For Our Team

  • Practicing social distancing when possible and enhanced cleaning. We have expanded our ability to work remotely and the majority of our corporate staff is working off-site. We continue to distribute hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and gloves to our retail offices and our cleaning staff thoroughly disinfects all locations on a daily basis. We encourage customers who can handle their banking needs remotely via online/digital channels, or through one of our drive-up locations to do so to limit branch contact.  Most of our branch lobbies are now closed.
  • Being flexible. School closures as a result of COVID-19 have placed considerable stress on many families; we have supported our staff through this transition. Whether employees need to work non-traditional hours due to lack in childcare, or need additional time off, we support them.
  • Growing our team. We are proud of our employees and the level of service they deliver for our customers. We continue to recruit and hire for various positions in the Bank as we expand. We have no plans to reduce staffing.

How You Can Help

If you are looking for opportunities to help during this crisis, we've highlighted a few organizations with whom we enjoy close partnerships. We are particularly committed to supporting affordable housing and early childhood education - critical services during this crisis - and we encourage you to consider supporting the outstanding work of these organizations.

  • Compass Working Capital provides savings and financial coaching programs that support families with low incomes to build assets, achieve their financial goals, and become financially secure.
  • United South End Settlements provides children with quality education and enrichment opportunities, and works with parents and caregivers to develop their capacity to reach goals and move towards economic stability.
  • Crisis Assistance Ministry provides assistance and advocacy for people in financial crisis, helping them move toward self-sufficiency.
  • Ellis provides high quality educational programs for a diverse group of children. They have launched a COVID-19 fund to offer aid for families who cannot pay their fees due to unemployment and for staff who desperately need their paychecks.
