In order to send and receive text message alerts for mobile banking, you must enable this feature in online banking by registering your mobile phone number and updating the alert setting. 

How to Enable Text Message Alerts 

Login to online banking, click on "Profile" 

Click on "Manage Devices" next to "Mobile Banking.

If your phone number shows "Activated" under status and the check box for "Receive Alerts" is checked off, your phone number is already set up to receive alerts! 

If your phone number is already listed but not yet set up to receive alerts, 

Select "Change my Mobile Banking Services" from the drop down menu and select "Go."


On the next page, make sure the check boxes are selected for "Text Messaging,"   "Alerts," and "Card Controls Alerts" then click "Continue."

You will now be registered to receive alerts!

If your phone number is not already listed, 

Select "Add New Device."

On the next page, enter your mobile phone number and click "Continue.

On the next page, make sure the check boxes are selected for "Text Messaging,"   "Alerts," and "Card Controls Alerts" then click "Continue."

Enter the activation code that was sent to your phone into the "Activation Code" box and click "Activate."

Your phone is now enabled to send and receive text message alerts for mobile banking.
