In order to initiate Remote Deposit Capture, you need to be a Hingham Savings business banking customer. If you are not a customer and are interested in becoming one, contact our Specialized Deposit Group at [email protected], 781.783.1800, or by filling out this form. When setting up your business online please mention that you are also interested in Remote Deposit Capture.

Once your RDC request is submitted a remote scanner will be ordered and delivered to the address requested. We will then coordinate a time to install the appropriate drivers on the computer that you will use the scanner with. The install will be done remotely and typically takes about 30-45 minutes. After the installation is complete, a bank representative will provide a step-by-step tutorial on how to complete a deposit.
