If you misplace your Passbook, you will need to complete the Lost Passbook affidavit which is available below. All account holders must sign the affidavit and all signatures must be notarized. Once completed, please bring the Lost Passbook Affidavit to one of our branches.
You can also consider switching to a statement savings account. A statement savings account allows you to access your transaction history by using our online banking tools or receiving monthly statements.
