Our dispute center is staffed 24 hours and if needed, we can assist you in disputing the transaction with the merchant. If your debit card needs to be replaced due to fraud, we will help you with this as well. 

Tips to Prevent Fraudulent Activity on your Account

  • Never save your debit card information online

  • Never share your debit card number, CVC code, or pin number with anyone

  • Only make transactions on secure websites and when your internet connection is secure

  • Be sure to enroll in online banking and the my cards app to receive text notifications of posting transactions
