If your debit card is lost or stolen, please report immediately by calling 855-456-0019 to speak to a Client Service Representative who will help you deactivate the old card and order a replacement.

If your debit card needs to be replaced because it is worn, or, if the three digit code on the back is no longer legible, please call 781-749-2200 to speak to a Client Service Representative. 

All card orders are mailed to the address on file within 7-10 business days.
