From time to time, mortgage customers receive letters in the mail from home warranty companies. These letters offer to sell new coverage for their property or to renew the expired or expiring coverage for the property. These letters are not from the bank.
The coverage plans offered by a home warranty company are service contact plans for repairs and are not insurance plans. Home warranty plans have no bearing on your mortgage with us.
Always be suspicious of unsolicited communications and research any company you may do business with.
